Adopt an Atelier.
Established artists and the community, in general, adopt art studios in underserved communities, either virtually or physically through periodical monetary contributions, art material donations, workshops, or art teaching. Among the Ateliers adopted are a music school in Port-au-Prince and a library in Île-à-Vache, both located in Haiti. We are also supporting projects in Rio de Janeiro, Brasil, and in Miami, USA.
Traveling Artists.
Atelier without Borders programs rest on Artists Empowerment, Youth Leadership and Entrepreneurship in Arts and Crafts, and Cultural Exchanges.“Traveling Artist” aims to encourage and promote the artistic and cultural exchange between artists of various nationalities, thus enabling the dissemination of their influences and roots through their expressions and cultural baggage.
Workshops and Residences.
Once space and opportunity are created within each targeted community, it is important to perpetuate and solidify sustainability. With that in mind, Atelier Without Borders believes that education and ongoing support are significant resources. Beneficiaries have access to online workshops, residences, arts and crafts courses, art therapy, course instructions for artists and teachers alike.
